The roller coaster begins

Today was filled with mixed emotions. We got the application in the mail. Yippee!! :) However, I talked to one of the people that needs to send a letter to the agency on our behalf. It didn't sound like they were in much of a hurry to get their information compiled and sent. :( Our application waits for all these key essentials in order to be approved. Until approval, we are at a stand still. It is hard enough to wait. Harder to wait when we are waiting for someone else. So it goes. This is a lesson in patience, right?
